This notice applies to usernm.com and to the messages you send to Usernm over WhatsApp or email.
Messages and claims
To work on a claim we need the platform, the username you want and, depending on the route, proof such as a trademark number or a business registration. We use it to choose a route, submit and reply. We do not need passwords or login codes and you should not send them.
Analytics on this site
The site keeps its own analytics. Each visit records the page, the referrer or search term, any campaign tag on the link, device, browser, operating system, language, time zone, clicks and scroll depth. Your IP address reaches our server, is used to estimate a location and to see whether it matches your time zone, and is stored with the visit.
A random identifier is kept in your browser’s local storage so that repeat visits can be recognised. There are no advertising or social media trackers.
Who handles the data
A hosting provider and a database provider process the analytics for us. The platforms receive only what a submitted claim contains. Data is not sold or used for advertising.
Your options
Email team@unbanz.com to ask for your messages or visit records to be deleted. Clearing local storage in your browser resets the identifier.
