Usernm submits requests for specific usernames on Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat through each platform’s official processes. It is independent and not affiliated with Meta, Snap or any platform named on this site.
The platform’s decision
Every decision belongs to the platform. Usernm does not promise a result or a date and cannot influence either.
Price and refund
The price and the payment terms are agreed with you in writing before work begins. If a claim fails, 100% of the amount paid for it is refunded. Failure means the platform’s final decision does not make the username available to your account.
What is not offered
- Buying, selling, swapping or brokering accounts or usernames
- Automation, mass reporting or fake reports
- Anything that works around a platform’s rules
- Requests that need your password or login codes
Your side
Give accurate information and request only what you are entitled to ask for. If a request would need dishonest evidence, we decline it.
Liability
Usernm is responsible for doing the work described here. It is not responsible for a platform’s decisions or for changes to platform policy. Rights you have by law remain.
